As a Technical Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the queue, performing troubleshooting, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication with customers in technical terms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and configuring video surveillance systems including cameras, network and hardware components situated at client site.
• Provide tech support through remote access of hardware while adhering to general guidance, and compliance.
• Ensuring all incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, network, and overall system units are resolved against the SLAs with the highest customer service standards.
• Maintain knowledge base articles to help with user self-service and improve problems resolution times.
• Assisting and complying with IT security measures and policy enforcement as per organization standards.
• Familiar with different ticketing tools and IT asset management tools.
• To ensure customer satisfaction is the top priority. This includes understanding customer needs and expectations, delivering on commitments in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in decisions regarding downtime impact on users through accurate communication, planning of scheduled downtime and quick problem resolution for unscheduled downtime or any such unforeseen circumstances.
• Availability to work for a night schedule which will cover US daytime. Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
