Job Description For Philips Off Campus Drive 2024

Serves as the customer proxy allocated to work with the agile team(s), serves as the customer proxy allocated to work with the agile team(s), ensuring the quality and the delivery of the business critical and priority features to meet customer expectations across program increments.

Is responsible for defining, prioritizing, documenting and accepting stories, non-functional and functional requirements, and managing the teams’ backlog. Works with business owners, architects, product management, Q&R and software leaders contributing to vision and program backlog, preparing for program increment planning and streamlining the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the respective team(s) throughout the product life cycle.Having an Ultrasound domain knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Contributes to and reviews program vision, roadmap and content presentations
• Lead the external clinical evaluations of Ultrasound NPI programs.
• Mentor the team with Ultrasound clinical workflows.
• Prepares and participates in release planning, contributes to program increment planning, program backlog refinement, and preparation / prioritization of portfolio backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and then to team backlog. Drafts the team’s specific objectives for the program increment
• Defines iterations and stories for the team(s). Builds, edits, reviews and reprioritizes the team(s) backlog coordinating dependencies with other POs
• Has the primary responsibility for maintaining the story flow, possibly embedded in the agile team(s).
• Defines stories and provides input for user story details and priorities, establishes story acceptance criteria, accepts stories into the baseline / the final iteration plan. Supports team(s) with their story estimates and sequencing. Facilitates and leads sprint planning and grooming sessions
• May define functional and non-functional requirements as well as the user interface. Identifies gaps between current system and client/market needs
• Coordinates with other product owners on content dependencies
• Manages content deliverables and dependencies to external suppliers
• Facilitates inter-team dependencies in the respective sprints
• Participates in team demo and retrospectives. Works with other product owners to produce the system demo, delivers system demo for his scope to the business owner and product management team
• May ensure validation of the system with the client
