This is not a traditional semiconductor engineering role. We’re looking for self-starters, creative technologists, and AI enthusiasts who want to push boundaries, experiment with the art of the possible, and make a real impact. - Rapid Experimentation: Work in short cycles to test, iterate, and scale new ideas. Failure is learning; speed and creativity are valued.
- CEO/CoS Projects: Collaborate directly with the Office of the CEO on high-priority transformation initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, IT, and operations teams to understand pain points and deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of AI trends, share insights, and help shape the company’s transformation roadmap.
- Autonomous Teamwork: Operate in a small, agile group with direct access to executive sponsors, reporting directly to the Head of the Office of the CEO. Minimal bureaucracy, maximum creativity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (recent grads encouraged to apply).
- Demonstrated experience or coursework in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or automation.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to experiment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Passion for technology and a drive to make a big impact.
Preferred Skills
- Internship or project experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
