Job Description For Oneplay Careers 2024

As a Full Stack Lead you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of developers, shaping the technology architecture, and driving the implementation of product deliverables that align with our business vision. Collaborating closely with Software Developers, Project Managers, QA, Software Architects, and DevOps, you will be responsible for the overall technical direction and success of our venture.

What you’ll work on :

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in building highly scalable backend services and API’s.
• Lead 2 Innovate and experiment with new ideas to enhance service efficiency and user experience.
• Develop robust, low-latency, high-availability, and scalable code, with a focus on user experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in System Layered Services, including Virtualisation, Network Management, and core OS Technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on leading teams.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience in deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of git and CI/CD. Proven experience with Microservices and Rest APIs.
• In-depth experience with competitive programming, DSA/Graph Algorithms.
• Expertise in common design patterns with event-driven/async programming.
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and NestJS. Proficient in fundamental front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in database technologies such as SQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elastic-search.
• Full Stack Developer – Lead 3 Experience with socket programming, TCP, WebRTC protocols, and Message brokers (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in technical decision-making and drive the overall architecture of the Cloud Gaming Platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Lead code reviews, ensuring best practices and coding standards are maintained.
• Design and implement client-side and server-side infrastructure, robust and scalable API’s Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
• Collaborate with DevOps to streamline the deployment and monitoring processes.
