Your Mission, Should You Choose to Apply:

• Ensure the smooth running of all courses and sessions by managing session configurations, and communications
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key session metrics and session performance indicators to stakeholders
• Monitor impact of communication on session engagement and performance, and recommend changes
• Devise communication strategies to drive maximum attendance and engagement
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, optimise efficiency, and support daily operations.
• Conduct routine calls to get feedback on session performance and to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• 0-1 years of experience in a high-paced, high-ownership environment is a must.
• Demonstrated ownership of tasks and projects
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is preferred.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects, and communicate information effectively and timely
