- Participate in structured technical training focused on IP, Optical, and Fixed Networks technologies.
- Gain hands-on experience with real network equipment, tools, and management systems.
- Learn fundamentals of network design, security, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Develop professional communication and presentation skills through workshops and face-to-face sessions.
- Collaborate on mini projects with peers and deliver micro-teaching sessions to enhance team learning.
- Rotate through different functions such as integration, solution design, and project management to gain cross-functional exposure.
- Contribute to live projects and assist in business operations under the mentorship of experienced engineers.
- Upon program completion, transition into a permanent role within the NI APAC team aligned to your skills and interests.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science with min 1-3 years exp. in related field.
- Strong interest in automation, AI/ML, network engineering and telecommunications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Basic knowledge in automation, development tools and programming fundamentals using Python, REST API and JSON.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong communication and articulation capabilities.
