Job Description
Koddi is excited to announce our Engineering training program geared towards recent graduates with Statistics or Computer Science degrees as well as recent grads who have completed coding bootcamps! The Koddi Impact Program is an intensive 8-week training program that includes all aspects of Engineering at Koddi. In addition to technical training during this program, and on an ongoing basis, we will also provide instructor-led and self-paced leadership development opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with a team of software engineers, contributing to an agile environment
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps and document business processes
- Write clean, organized, and maintainable code
- Assist in developing tools and libraries to support automation efforts
- Support product features through various stages of development and deployment
- Learn and apply software best practices while incorporating new technologies
- Work with the product management and program teams to help define feature specifications and contribute to product development
- Participate in analyzing and improving system efficiency and scalability
- Ensure that business requirements are met by assisting in the creation and execution of automated tests
- Contribute to technical discussions and actively participate in team problem-solving sessions
Who You Are
- Graduating with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or successful completion of relevant bootcamp coursework
- Graduation/Bootcamp completion date no later than May 2026
- Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications
- Experience with web application development, distributed and parallel systems, developing large software systems, or security software development
- Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, programming and software engineering
- Ability to produce high quality code with good test coverage, using modern abstractions and frameworks
- Ability to grasp non-technical business concepts and translate them into working products
- Experience in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design
- Experience programming in two or more of the following languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, Go, Python, Typescript or similar
- Work independently, use available resources to get unblocked, and complete tasks on-schedule by exercising strong judgment and problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
