Job Description For NCS Group Careers 2024
- Develop, implement and maintain QA procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct quality review, identify delivery quality & compliance gaps, and ensure these gaps are addressed
- Maintain detailed documentation of QA activities, review results and quality issues
- Prepare and present assurance review report to management on quality metrics and initiatives
- Collect and analyse data from operation processes to identify trends, issues and areas of improvement
- Participate in continual improvement initiatives and suggest improvements based on analysis and feedback
- Work closely with cross IT functional teams and stakeholders to address quality issues
Reporting
- Plan, develop and maintain reports for multiple stakeholders
- Consolidate data and reports
- Analyze and provide insights on data and reports with call-outs as required
- Update release and operations calendar
- Update and maintain documentation or websites
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in IT process assurance, quality management or related field
- Extensive experience in Project Management or IT Service Management framework and processes
- Professional certification in ITIL, PMP or CISA will be added advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Hands on experience with at least one ITSM tool
- Keen attention to detail
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Able to effectively communicate complex process issues to various stakeholders
- Effective presentation skills
- Autonomous and self-motivated
- Well organized
