Job Description

We are looking for a fullstack software engineer who builds modern applications using AI as a firstclass capability—both as part of the development workflow and as part of the systems we ship.

This role goes beyond simply using AI coding assistants. You will leverage custom agents, and integrations built around the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You will apply strong software engineering fundamentals to assemble, integrate, and operationalize AI capabilities into real production systems.

The goal of this role is to help accelerate development and feedback cycles by combining strong software engineering fundamentals with practical use of AI tools and AI-driven systems—while developing the judgment required to build reliable, maintainable production software.

Responsibilities

Core Software Engineering

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and operate full‑stack applications
  • Own features end‑to‑end, including system design, implementation, testing, observability, and lifecycle support
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and shared engineering standards

AI‑Centric Application Development

  • Design and implement custom AI agents to support workflows
  • Build and integrate systems using the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Integrate applications with internal and external AI services (LLMs, embeddings, search, tools) via well‑designed APIs

AI System Reliability & Production Readiness

  • Harden AI-enabled applications for 24×7 mission-critical manufacturing environments
  • Develop and maintain retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems
  • Monitor and improve system behavior over time

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Solid foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, code quality, and testing practices
  • Familiarity with backend or full-stack development, including API development and data persistence
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts, deployment workflows, and operational considerations
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day software development
  • Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into applications beyond simple chat interfaces (e.g., backend services, workflows)
  • Working knowledge of retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern backend frameworks (e.g., C#, ASP.NET) and frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular)
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with container-based deployment environments
  • Experience designing or implementing AI agent frameworks or structured tool interfaces (e.g., MCP or similar patterns)
  • Experience building production-grade AI systems with strong reliability, observability, and performance requirements

Selection Process

  • Application Submission
  • Resume Screening
  • Technical Assessment
  • Technical Interview
  • Managerial/Team Interview
  • HR Discussion
  • Offer Letter & Background Verification
