Maxwell is seeking talented and motivated recent graduates to join our Testing & Validation department as an intern. In this role, you will play a vital role in the Design and development of Test and Validation Infrastructure for all our products including Battery Management Systems and other electronics components for Electric Vehicles applications. You will gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers across various disciplines, contributing to the continuous improvement of Maxwell’s cutting-edge BMS and other technologies.

- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art testing equipment and tools.
- Exposure to real-world electronics testing and validation processes.
Requirements
- Testing Infrastructure Development: Assist in designing, assembling, and maintaining test benches, Hardware-in-Loop(HiL) and fixtures for electronic components and systems.
- Data Acquisition: Implement and optimize data acquisition systems to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.
- Automation: Collaborate on developing test scripts and automation tools using programming languages like Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, etc
- Troubleshooting: Support the troubleshooting and debugging of testing hardware and software to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for test setups, procedures, and results.
- Component Validation: Assist in the testing and validation of electronic components and systems according to predefined standards and protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all testing setups comply with industry standards and best practices for safety and accuracy.

Must Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation or related, 2024 pass out.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits and components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors).
- Familiarity with electronic testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Experience with Labview programming languages
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and a drive to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Ability to engage in requirement elicitation, technical negotiation, and stakeholder management.
