Job Description For Maxval Group Careers 2024
Facilitation of L&D Programs
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training programs for new hires and associates
- Moderate and co-facilitate L&D initiatives hosted by your colleagues
- Assist in building e-learning content including doing research to help the Content Specialist
Pre-program Coordination
- Plan and roll-out the training calendar
- Create awareness of programs in place through mailers, posters, and discussions
- Make necessary logistical and technical arrangements
- Follow through on registrations and participation
Post-program Coordination
- Collect learner feedback
- Create, track, and report training programs in LMS ( Zoho) and to stakeholders
- Follow up with participants post-program to help apply learning from the classroom
Requirements:
Must have
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Learning and development, Business partnering or employee engagement
- Hands-on experience using one or more of communication and collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, MS Office Zoom meetings etc. is a must
Behavioral Competencies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate large or small groups discussions in a virtual or classroom environment
- Natural ease in fostering positive relationships with employees of different experience levels
- Passion for L&D and readiness to get hands dirty to get the job done
- Intrinsic drive to be a role model learner
Good to have
- Exposure to L&D tools like Mentimeter, Kahoot, etc.
- Specialization in HR
- Proficiency in languages other than mother tongue and English
