• Execute the training programs end-to-end including designing, planning and implementation
• Plan and execute the skill assessments process
• Build the dashboard and MIS reports for sharing the progress of training batches
• Manage training facilities and develop month wise training schedule
• Develop, rationalize and manage vendor partners for effective fresher induction training program outcomes
• Work with business units for feedbacks, learning effectiveness and improvising cost-effective and customized fresher induction trainings

Skills:

• Good coordination and facilitation skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to derive meaningful insights out of the training batch data
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in flexi timings and travel across locations for short duration when required
• Associates with the Technical background be an added advantage
• Good command over Microsoft Office Tools (MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point)
• Good Presentation skills
