Job Description For Logitech Internship 2025

• Provide IT service support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both locally and remotely.
• Conduct IT onboarding activities for new employees.
• Assist in the discovery of new IT business tools to support our business users and internal IT teams.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
• Participate in product testing with business groups.
• Seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.

Key Qualifications:

• To be considered, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
• Experience in end-user desktop support
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 11, M365 and MacOS
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills, with comfort in working with various stakeholders
• Good knowledge of hardware installation, cabling, and troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting skills for bug identification and resolution
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently within a remote team
• Fluent in English

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of MS Intune, Apple MDM Device Management software, ServiceNow, or similar toolsFamiliarity with advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting and patch managementProject management/design thinking skills

• Obligation to complete high school education
• Currently pursuing an IT diploma/college or seeking a first IT-related experience
