You will work individually (reporting to Sales Strategy) and collaborate closely with Presales team, leverage complex data sets, and contribute to data-driven strategies that drive Lodha Groups Presales team s success.

Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence (Pre-Sales):
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer behavior, preferences, and demand patterns to enable better sourcing
- Provide actionable insights derived from data analysis to enable better customer targeting
- Data Visualization and Reporting:
- Create visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc., to convey complex insights to stakeholders
- Craft intuitive visualizations to support strategic discussions and presentations
- Predictive Modeling:
- Design, validate, and refine predictive models to anticipate market trends, and customer preferences.
