Job Description For Koch Off Campus Drive 2024
You will play a key role in driving strategies to help attract and engage individuals who want to use their talents abilities across Koch companies in India. You are comfortable taking risks. Your role will focus on creating and implementing effective strategies for early careers program in India e.g., Internship, Entry Level Tech/ Finance/ Non-Finance programs. It will also encompass leading university and campus relations with specialized focus on meeting business priorities.
Also, your goal will be to position Koch and its companies as the employer of choice and ensure the right candidates engage with the company at the right time, with ever increasing efficiency, and agility.
- Leading and strategizing with the business on the early career recruitment channel both online and offline modes of engagement
- Maintaining a liaison with the campuses locally to ensure we get a ready talent pool to hire from
- Provide leadership to innovate from a process and technology standpoint in the Early Careers and recruitment marketing space.
- This may involve developing messaging, partnering to create compelling content, and ensuring consistency across communication channels
- Provide strategic leadership and consultation, consistent with PBM, that drive unique approaches to close gaps in the attraction and selection of talent in India.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify needs and develop engagement strategies that align with the organization’s overall objectives in region. This involves identifying target audiences and selecting the appropriate channels to engage and nurture these relationships.
- Coordinating and participating in campus events, such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and interviews
- Managing the internship and graduate programs, including onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
- Providing insights, recommendations, and best practices on the global campus environment, digital innovations, and recruitment marketing
- Build partnerships with internal (HR, recruiting, site leaders, Koch communications, and business communications teams) and external (creative agencies, job boards) stakeholders, prioritizing work to deliver the greatest value.
- Leverage global talent acquisition systems as a technology to drive early careers and employee value proposition in the region
What Will Put You Ahead
- Proven experience in Early Careers/ University Relations/ Campus Recruitment/ Talent Marketing/ recruitment marketing (professional and early career).
- Developing and implementing strategies and programs to attract and hire top talent from universities and colleges.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as faculty, career services, student organizations, and alumni
- Demonstrable ability to invest wisely and establish KPIs that demonstrate business contribution and a strong return on the investment of resources, as well as the opportunity to monitor, adjust and improve.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (such as social media)- eg Linkedin, Glassdoor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate marketing strategies, vision, and goals to stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong analytical skills, experience using data and insights to understand effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
