Job Description For Kalpataru Careers 2024
1. Project Incharge
- Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu
- Qualifications & Experience: B.Tech with 8–12 years of experience managing high-value projects in 765 KV/400 KV transmission line projects. Expertise in project lifecycle management, finance, contracts, planning, coordination, budgeting, and subcontractor liaison is essential.
2. Project Engineers/Planning & Coordinator
- Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu
- Qualifications & Experience: B.Tech with 5–8 years of experience handling high-value portfolios in 765 KV/400 KV transmission line projects. Strong knowledge of contracts and subcontractor management is required.
3. Supervisor – Foundation
- Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu
- Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/ITI in Civil with 3+ years of experience in foundation work and project execution within transmission line projects. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
4. Supervisor – Erection & Stringing
- Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu
- Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical with 3+ years of experience in erection and stringing in transmission line projects. Freshers may also apply.
5. Assistant Manager/Engineer – Quality
- Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu
- Qualifications & Experience: B.E. in Civil with 3–5 years of experience ensuring compliance with zoning codes and conducting inspections while approving raw materials’ quality.
6. Assistant Manager/Engineer – EHS
- Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu
- Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/Degree in any engineering discipline or B.Sc. with PGD in Industrial Safety, and 3–5 years of experience in EHS roles within transmission line and substation projects.
7. Assistant Manager/Engineer – Projects (Civil)
- Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu
- Qualifications & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5–10 years of experience in project execution, foundation work, erection, and stringing for 765/400/220 KV transmission line projects.
8. Survey Incharge
- Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu
- Qualifications & Experience: Diploma in Surveying with 5+ years of experience in surveying for 765 KV transmission line projects.
