Software
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (graduating 2027); any discipline
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (ideation, development, launch, growth, maturity) and how product decisions differ at each stage
- Technical understanding of how software products work (e.g., front end vs. back end, APIs, databases, how a feature moves from idea to release)
- Demonstrated analytical ability through coursework, projects, case competitions, or work with data (SQL, Excel, or similar)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Evidence of ownership: a product you built, a club or campus initiative you led, or a side project with real users
- Curiosity about how people use software, especially collaboration and work-management tools
