Junior Engineer - Operational Excellence

This position is designed to gain hands-on experience in the field of Operational Excellence. This role will actively contribute to optimizing operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting key improvement initiatives. Working closely with our Operational Excellence team, and will be exposed to a range of methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques. The role will assist the team with data analysis, process mapping, and the implementation of improvement projects designed to boost productivity, reduce waste, and elevate overall business performance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives, conducting data analysis and reporting, documenting procedures, and helping standardize practices across functions 
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration by actively engaging with different teams to implement improvement projects and operational best practices 
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies to drive productivity and reduce waste 
• Assist in manufacturing Digitization 
• Adherence to safety and quality requirements in all tasks and projects
