- Serve as a trusted technical resource, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues that ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support requests, balancing multiple cases while delivering timely updates and outstanding customer service.
- Partner across IT and business teams to troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate escalations, and drive solutions that improve operational performance.
- Support and administer key technologies including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, telephony platforms, Azure Virtual Desktop, and endpoint management tools.
- Help shape the future of IT support by identifying process improvements, creating user-friendly documentation, and implementing best practices that increase efficiency.
- Play a key role in employee onboarding by configuring workstations, systems access, and technical resources that set new hires up for success from day one.

- Abilities: Strong customer service, communication, analytical, organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, work independently in a fast-paced environment, support users remotely, drive process improvements, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience: Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, SharePoint, endpoint management solutions (MECM/SCCM/Intune), JAMF, Azure administration, remote support tools, and PowerShell or other scripting technologies while providing professional technical support to end users.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
