We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is eager to learn, hustle and take on new challenges in a fast paced environment.
- You will be directly involved in finding and hiring top talent and learning the end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Source and screen candidates
- Assist in end to end recruitment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
About You
- Fresher - 1 year of experience
- Passionate about making a career in Talent Acquisition
- Energetic, dynamic, self motivated with a go getter attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn, take ownership and work in a fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- MBA / BBA / Any Graduate in HR or related field is a plus but not mandatory - your attitude matters more!
