Reliance Jio is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Network Construction team.
This is an exciting opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on exposure to Network Construction Tea.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2026 B.E./B.Tech graduates
- Minimum CGPA: 6.0
- Minimum 60% in Class 10th & 12th
- Eligible Engineering Streams: Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
- Tier-A colleges: IITs / NITs / BITS
- Freshers / 0β1 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Support OSP construction and project execution activities as per approved plans, specifications, quality and safety standards.
- Support site surveys, project planning, execution tracking and monitoring of OSP infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders for timely execution of project activities.
- Assist in preparation of project trackers, MIS, dashboards and progress reports.
- Support identification and resolution of project execution issues, risks, delays and dependencies.
- Assist in understanding and implementing engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress against planned milestones and highlight deviations to the concerned team.
- Support project documentation, review meetings and closure of project action points.
- Develop understanding of OSP processes covering planning, engineering, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Participate in process improvement, method statements, productivity improvement and other project initiatives as assigned.
- Work across Construction, Planning, PMO and Engineering functions to gain cross-functional exposure.
- Demonstrate willingness to work at project/site locations and undertake field exposure as required.
Key Deliverables
- Ensure timely and accurate execution/support of assigned OSP construction and project activities.
- Maintain accurate project data, trackers, MIS and progress reports within defined timelines.
- Ensure effective coordination with construction teams, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders for timely project execution.
- Support adherence to defined engineering, quality, safety and construction processes.
- Identify project risks, delays and execution issues and escalate them in a timely manner.
- Support completion of assigned project milestones and deliverables as per agreed plans.
- Develop functional and technical knowledge across OSP Construction, Planning, Engineering and PMO.
- Demonstrate good analytical skills, continuous learning, ownership and readiness to take up increased responsibilities.
- Successfully complete assigned learning, field exposure and development milestones during the GET tenure.
- Based on demonstrated capability and business requirements, be eligible for deployment into relevant OSP roles post confirmation.
