As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to:
- Support essential IT operations across operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware while collaborating with Lab, Data Center, Cloud, IT, and Engineering teams. Open to fresh graduates with 0 years of experience. ( Linux and Windows knowledge is mandatory)
- Provide 24/7 rotational on-call support, ensure SLA compliance, classify incidents accurately, communicate ticket status, and manage escalations through timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, perform incident and problem management, identify root causes, and deliver technical support aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor system performance, review logs, perform trend analysis, and take proactive actions to improve uptime, solution health, and operational reliability.
- Use knowledge bases, best practices, technical articles, and continuous learning to improve support quality and resolve recurring issues effectively.
- Identify, design, and implement scalable process and technology improvements that enhance support for engineering tools, services, and operational workflows.
- Apply AI-enabled ways of working, including Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and AI-assisted troubleshooting, to improve productivity, reporting, monitoring, ticket analysis, and knowledge management.
- Use AI responsibly by validating AI-generated outputs, protecting confidential information, following security and compliance requirements, and supporting Micron’s Responsible AI principles.
- Provide day-to-day technology direction across Linux and Windows hosts in Lab, Data Center, and Cloud environments.
Technical Skills & Tools:
- Ansible, Kubernetes/OpenShift, RH Satellite, Zabbix, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Virtual machines, containers, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and related automation frameworks.
- AI-enabled productivity and engineering tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, automation scripts, analytics dashboards, and intelligent monitoring solutions.
- Ability to learn and apply new utilities, tools, and technologies through knowledge transfer sessions and continuous technical development.
