What this job involves:
- Drive, execute & deliver Hotel’s advisory business in India and South Asia. The candidate will need to garner knowledge of the subject and also shadow the Consulting Lead for the first few months.
- Conduct strategic advisory assignments, support operator contracts and hotel leases.
- Prepare Information Memorandums, Conduct advisory around transactions, financial analysis and prepare presentation documents for obtaining mandates & thereafter execute sale mandates.
- Act as a responsible fee earning resource for the Team. Meet & surpass individual Targets
- Work seamlessly on joint mandates with Capital Markets Teams across India and APAC.

- Excellent Communication & inter personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team
