- Design and build robust, scalable backend services and web applications
- Write clean, modular, and well-tested code that can be reused across projects
- Contribute to the design and implementation of platform components and APIs with clear separation of concerns
- Participate in the design discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning efforts for distributed systems
- Take ownership of assigned modules from design to deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability
- Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful features

What’s required from you?
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- Strong programming fundamentals – data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Hands-on experience with at least one backend language such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, or C++
- Good understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and performance optimization
- Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL/Postgres) and familiarity with NoSQL systems (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, etc.)
- Exposure to microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience working on Linux-based environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud environments like AWS/GCP is a plus
- A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for solving complex problems
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
