Job Description
As one of the first engineers at Arzana, you will bridge the gap between messy operational reality and reliable automation. This role defines how Arzana scales while delivering massive efficiency gains to operators.
Why this role is remarkable

- Deliver massive tangible impact by cutting order processing times from hours to minutes for manufacturers that run the country’s physical infrastructure.
- Receive a highly competitive package including $120K-$150K salary and a significant $400K equity stake with relocation support to New York City.
What You Will Do
- Embed directly with customers at manufacturing facilities to understand complex RFQ flows and translate operational friction into automated software solutions.
- Ship end-to-end features, from agent configuration and ERP integrations to migration scripts, maintaining full ownership of everything you scope and build.
- Drive the core product roadmap by identifying breakage and opportunities on-site before anyone else, ensuring the product evolves with real-world manufacturing needs.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 0-3 years of software engineering experience and a degree from a top CS program, with a genuine passion or background in American manufacturing.
- Demonstrates full-stack proficiency in Python, Next.js, and PostgreSQL, with the ability to quickly master LLM orchestration and complex agent workflows.
