Job Description For Invesco Off Campus Drive 2025
- Generate monthly, quarterly bills & has sound knowledge of billing process
- Setting up and maintenance of customer records into financial system
- Sound knowledge of cash applications and process
- Adhering to SOX and Internal Controls of the Process and Organization
- Ownership of manual trackers (issue & error log, volume, & exception trackers etc.)
- Support in Handling Client Queries appropriately and in a timely manner
- To be able to work under minimal supervision, besides handling complex queries
- Ensure Team Lead/ Manager is made aware of any item which is deemed to be aware of
- Answer customer and business inquiries over phone and email.
- Support senior team member to monitor SLA and daily deliverables
