- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, cloud-based, multi-tier distributed web applications.
- Enhance and support the existing Workforce Management system with new features and optimizations.
- Build and integrate REST APIs for cross-platform interactions.
- Work across the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Debug, analyze, and optimize code for efficiency and maintainability.

Required Qualifications
- Education: BE/ B.Tech. /ME/MSc/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Experience in enterprise application development.
Technical Skills
- Backend: Java, Spring Framework
- Frontend: HTML, Angular (or similar frameworks)
- APIs: RESTful Web Services
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle
- Other: Familiarity with cloud environments is a plus.
