Job Description For Infor Careers 2024
Description & Requirements
- Main Duty: Assist Product Management with documentation tasks for new requirements and features
- Create and maintain documentation for existing features
- Collaboration and follow up tasks with application teams, meeting scheduling etc.
- Jira creation tasks
- Testing and evaluating functionalities of the application as needed
- Flexible to take on additional duties as need arises
Typical tasks include:
- Attend meetings and capture and document requirements for program bug fixes and feature requests
- Become a subject matter expert about the CloudSuite Portal program and attend calls with other teams working to resolve problems, and develop enhancements to the program
- Schedule meetings and calls, respond to emails from other product teams, coordinate tasks required for product certification, track scheduling related to monthly release cycles
Education Requirement:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field
Required Skill set:
- Although this role is primarily a BA role, this role will include both QA and BA tasks, and you have to be willing to work on either type of task assigned to you
- Substantial knowledge or experience in software development
- Advanced knowledge of SQL server or PostGres databases. You must be able to construct queries which involve joining several tables and also queries involving subqueries.
- The ability to be very organized and pay close attention to detail
- Outstanding English language communications skills. You need to be able to write English language documentation , emails, requirements documents, wiki pages using flawless English language communication. You need to speak English clearly and be able to be understood by English speakers in countries all over the world
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding documentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to see a computer system from the point of view of the user of that system
Required Experience
- 1 -3 years experience as a software QA or BA
- Experience, education or certification related to Business Analyst and Quality Assurance tasks
- Familiarity with web-based applications
