Job Description For IFF Careers 2025
In this role, you will be responsible for operating blending equipment, ensuring accurate documentation of raw material usage, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the production area. You will actively participate in cross-training programs and support inventory control. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and strong teamwork are essential for success in this position.

How you will contribute
- Operate blending equipment (Blenders, Heat Sealers, Metal Detectors) as per production requirements.
- Ensure all blending equipment is clean and properly labeled with FG material number, description, and batch number.
- Accurately perform weighing, blending, and recording of raw material usage on shop floor documentation.
- Always maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
- Participate actively in cross-training programs to enhance team flexibility.
- Maintain inventory control and uphold sanitation standards in and around the work area.
- Physically handle mechanical equipment and be able to push/pull 20–25 kg bags as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
What you will need to be successful
- Basic computer knowledge; SAP experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Excel, and production documentation.
- Ability to work in any of the three shifts (morning, evening, night).
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written).
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
