Job Description For ideaForge Careers 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive manuals for various processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Create instructional videos to visually demonstrate processes and best practices.
- Prepare bulletins, catalogs and updates, maintaining consistent formatting and branding.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for documentation.
- Review and update existing documents to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Maintain high standards of quality, grammar, and presentation in all documentation.
- Support additional administrative tasks related to document preparation as needed.
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree/ Diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with video editing software.
- Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker
- Prior experience in technical writing, instructional design, or content creation is a plus.
