Job Description
As a Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components. You will ensure that the system design aligns with Honeywell’s quality standards and industry best practices. You will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends that you will apply to address complex engineering challenges and provide solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for your customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components
- Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects
- Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data
- Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally
- Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Systems Engineering or similar field.
- Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025 – July 2026
- Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
