We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development, particularly in mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, project management methodologies, and have hands-on experience as a developer. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality mobile and web applications within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, technical feasibility check and risk assessments.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional development teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and track progress.
Technical Expertise:
- Leverage your background as a developer to provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Assist in architectural decisions, code reviews, and problem-solving.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in mobile and web application development.
- Hands-on experience as a developer in mobile and web technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in software development
