We are seeking a Production Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing order fulfillment activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services to customers. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support GGS Team and VP MOM Strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Validate order details, ensuring compliance with contract terms and company policies.
- Monitor Emails and slack channels for potential changes requested by customers.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies or fulfillment-related issues proactively.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding order status and potential delays.
- Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and compliance policies.
- Work with Other GGS Teams for problem resolution following our escalation process if needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- General Desktop with Window experience
- Knowledge on Java, AWS, SQL.
- Provide 24/ 7 support on regular weekend Shifts
- Troubleshooting Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/order management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on a Sunday-to-Thursday schedule.
