Job Description
As an Entry Level Software Engineer, you will be:
- Developing and maintaining full-stack applications supporting our Health and Education platforms and products.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, data scientists, and senior engineers to deliver impactful solutions
- Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Participating in Agile development ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contributing to cloud-based, scalable systems that support global users
- Learning and executing industry best practices in software architecture, security, performance, and quality engineering
- Helping translate complex business and healthcare needs into effective technical solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Expected 2026 graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Desired interest in building software for a mission-driven, global organization
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Academic or internship experience with some of the following:
