Job Description For Cummins Off Campus Drive 2024
Verifies the final quality of products on the production line. Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects. Separates products that do not have the desired technical specification, using basic and/or complex measurement techniques and equipment. Documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems. Trains others in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming product and documentation. Follows the norms and standards of quality defined by the Company.

- Laboratory Management – Leads technical resources while managing the business aspects of a laboratory using measure to control both the technical and business aspects of the organization and assuring the requirements of the appropriate certifications and/or accreditations are met.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge about engine and its assembly process
- Knowledge about 7QC tools
- Knowledge about basic quality fundamentals PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPCetc
