Job Description For Clarivate Off Campus Drive 2024

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using the Spring Framework.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and standards.
• Debugging: Identify and fix bugs and performance issues on time.
• Testing: Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are using the best tools and techniques available.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

It would be great if you also had . . .  

• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS.
