Join us as a Solutions Engineer, supporting presales activities across the BMC Helix portfolio, with a focus on Agentic AI use cases, HelixGPT, and GenAI-enabled service experiences. You will partner with sales teams, solution architects, and customers to understand technical needs and demonstrate how Helix’s AI capabilities solve real-world challenges.

- Support presales engagements through technical demonstrations, workshops, and value-focused presentations.
- Configure and adapt Helix solutions—including HelixGPT, Agentic AI workflows, and GenAI-powered automations—to customer-specific scenarios.
- Participate in technical discovery sessions to align platform capabilities with customer requirements.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 1+ year of experience in a technical or customer-facing role
- Strong foundational understanding of:
- Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Automation frameworks, APIs, and workflow design
- Cloud fundamentals (SaaS, microservices, containerization)
- Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:
- Familiarity with Python, Java, or other modern programming languages.
- Experience with AI/ML tools, vector databases, or prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or digital workflow platforms is a plus.
