Job Description For BetaNXT Careers 2024

We are currently searching for a technically savvy Enterprise Tools Support Engineer to support applications and solutions across the organization. 

  • Provide first and second-level support to enterprise users for software applications via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document and track all support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to help users understand and effectively use Enterprise software.
  • Assist in the testing of new software releases and updates to identify potential issues.
  • Provide feedback to the development team on user experience and suggest improvements.
  • Configuring/customizing commercial applications to meet business needs
  • Support user account maintenance in software applications
  • Facilitating Export or Import of data across multiple application platforms
  • Full Understanding of business workflows and processes
  • Developing good working relationships with users across the organization

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in software application support.
  • Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Preference for candidates who are willing to work during U.S. business hours.
  • On-Call coverage may be required.

 Preferred Software/Tool Experience:

  • CRM/CSM/ITSM/CMDB: ServiceNow, Salesforce
  • PDLC/SDLC: JIRA, Confluence, Kiplot, Gitlab Ultimate, Testrail, SmartTS
  • Enterprise tools: PowerBI, M365 suite
  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is desirable.
