Job Description For Avasoft Careers 2024

AVASOFT is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executives who are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and are willing to work night shifts. As a Sales Executive at AVASOFT, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Outreach: Identify potential clients through various channels and establish contact via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods during night shift hours.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate AVASOFT’s products and services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles. Experience in a night shift setting is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing business needs.
