Job Description For Atlas Copco Off Campus Drive 2025

To expand sales in the business of general industry division in Bangalore region by preparing and applying customer oriented solutions based on our portfolio. As a part of developing both the technical and budget proposal it will be your task to lead negotiations. To help you reach successful sales you will work in close collaboration with fellow team members as well as internal and external suppliers.

In this role, your responsibilities are: 

  • Execute divisional sales strategies for own territory and support increasing its profitability
  • Utilize and acquire knowledge of competition in the market and be aware of the need for our solutions in the designated territory
  • Expand and maintain constant customer interactions thru Customer seminar, trainings, conferences, product demonstration etc.
  • Formulate the action plan for the development of customer and market
  • Support new product launches within appointed area
  • Supervise and initiate existing and new channels of distribution
  • Acquire better price and obtain price increase from customers
  • Develop and Manage a robust distribution channel
  • Increase the sales of new products with the support of latest marketing campaigns
  • Accurate reporting of sales data
  • Effective Management of receivables within the designated area
  • Clear understanding of commercial terms
  • Maintain proactive relationship with customers with the help of Walk the Line to result in transformations
  • Maintain a good rapport with the team while accomplishing marketing plans and activities
  • Ability to demonstrate the product / features through demonstrations
