Job Description For Asian Paints Off Campus Drive 2024

Role Description: To have close co-ordination with plants/OPCs to ensure daily plan and order delivery as per expected ready dates- along with tracking MIS and relaying the order status to multiple stakeholders

Business Responsibilities:

• Coordination with multiple stakeholders across Made-to-Order Supply channel (across business channels – Sleek Full Kitchen Dealers, Beautiful Home Stores, Beautiful Home Services) to ensure that orders are delivered on time and in full to the end customers
• Preparation and monitoring of RM coverage at units, anticipation of issues based on supplies and consumption. Also, have preventive & corrective action plan in place
• Interface with purchase and plant teams, highlight and resolve issues related to the same
• Generation and circulation of daily reports to plant and team for easy monitoring of health of the system and daily deliveries along with on-going updates on issues
• Generate, record and circulate weekly, FN and monthly reports for production across the organization
• Monitor production with the plant at Products finish and type level
• Support for definitions of any new products introduced in the plants
• Priority order management among sales/marketing and plants to ensure critical orders are serviced on time
• Understand the dynamic production scheduling of plants, align the same to demand and act as a bridge between Supply chain and manufacturing
• Identification and implementation of development projects for automation, avoiding NVA and various other developmental activities
• Vendor Development activities (Vendor developments for New Product Development, Pricing lists creation and revision for vendors,  Vendor Visits)
• Key Interactions: Sales teams, Purchase teams, Manufacturing team, Planning Generation, Order Logging (SO/JO/PO), Commercial
