- Prepare and issue invoices to portfolio of clients in respect of various fees and recoverable expenses on a monthly and quarterly basis, using Revport sales ledger system
- Assist in month-end accounts process by preparing and posting income accruals on a monthly basis
- Review debtors’ ledger on a monthly basis and take action as necessary in respect of aged trade debtors.
- Responsibility for posting of cash receipts on a daily/weekly basis for a number of bank accounts
- Complete a monthly review of Revenue to ensure completeness and accuracy of income and to contribute variance analysis to monthly Finance Report
- Assist in the completion of year end financial statements, including liaising with the Group auditors and preparing financial statements disclosures
- Identification of CASS Client Money positions and resolution if necessary.
- Compliance with SOX and ISAE controls relevant to Revenue team
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to generate MIS reports in PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
