- Deploy, manage, and monitor production-grade cloud services across GCP, AWS, and Azure
- Partner with engineering teams to define and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
- Improve observability via logging, metrics, traces, and AI-powered insights (Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
- Automate alert remediation and improve incident response with runbooks and tooling
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and participate in on-call rotations
- Write and maintain infrastructure code (Helm, Terraform, Python, etc.)
- Support scalability efforts and performance testing across environments.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience operating or supporting cloud-native or distributed systems
- Proficiency in a modern programming language (Python, Go, Java, etc.)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Terraform and CI/CD workflows (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Exposure to observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Ability to debug service issues using logs, metrics, and traces
- Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to AI/ML Ops, LLM-based debugging tools, or incident summarisation tools
- Knowledge of performance benchmarking or load testing practices
- Understanding of networking and container runtime internals
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments
