Job Description For Alight Off Campus Drive 2026
To ensure accuracy, compliance, and process excellence in the Accounts Payable function by monitoring invoice processing quality, handling exceptions, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Perform regular quality checks on invoices and suppliers to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and SOX controls.
- Conduct periodic sample audits of all transactions to identify errors and compliance gaps.
- Root Cause Analysis
- Analyse recurring errors and exceptions, recommend corrective actions, and implement preventive measures.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with automation teams to integrate quality controls in systems.
