As an Associate Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer-focused support to address inquiries and resolve issues in technical and business chat.
- Resolving problems while collaborating with teams to reduce piracy and infringement on Akamai-hosted content.
- Leading investigations across Akamai’s Distributed Network for optimized performance and delivery for customers.

To be successful in this role you will:
