Project Supervision:

• Responsible for day-to-day execution of Highway works including Drain, Earthwork, Reinforced Earth Wall (RE Wall), GSB (Granular Sub-base), WMM (Wet Mix Macadam), DBM (Dense Bituminous Macadam), BC (Bituminous Concrete), DLC (Dry Lean Concrete), and PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) as per approved drawings and plans.
• Provide effective supervision to ensure work is carried out in accordance with contract specifications and approved methodologies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to achieve monthly targets and ensure timely progress.
• Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed as per approved Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Plan.
• Maintain work quality and conduct frequency tests as per Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MORTH) standards and approved Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).

Documentation and Reporting:

• Submit timely materials requirements to the Planning In-charge or Section In-charge.
• Coordinate with Independent Engineers to conduct or witness tests as required by contract specifications.
• Maintain a system for raising and closing Request for Information (RFI), ensuring timely completion of quality test reports and level records.
• Report daily progress, RFIs, issues, etc., to the Section In-charge or Planning In-charge.

Resource Management:

• Optimize resource utilization to achieve targeted production efficiently.
• Certify subcontractors’ bills and maintain reconciliation records for free issue materials.
• Interact daily with clients, consultants, and subcontract and supervise their activities.
