Job Description For Adform Careers 2024

• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done;
• Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
• Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment and facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
• Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:

• Have at least 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
• Have Scrum Master certification (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II, PSM III), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Are good at understanding technical issues at the high level
• Are excellent at communication organization, and facilitation inside and outside the team
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Stand out by having:

• Have experience in scaled Agile environments like SAFe, Less or similar
• Have software engineering experience
