Job Description For Avantor Careers 2024

This role will be a full-time position based out of our Coimbatore office. Specialist will manage the Treasury department in the preparation of reports, schedules, analyses, and reconciliations. Performs duties associated with cash management and reporting as related to cash receipts, disbursements, and investments. Prepares entries to the General Ledger to generate monthly investment and treasury reports. Performs monthly bank reconciliation duties for all bank accounts.

Education:

•  Bachelor/master’s in accounting with a concentration in Finance

Experience:

• Experience in Banking, Treasury, or Finance-related roles.
• Manual payment experience in existing roles
• Strong understanding of cash accounting concepts and Treasury processes
• Knowledge of International payments and Banking practices

How you will thrive and create an impact 

• Manage and be responsible for Europe Cash Management Activity.
• Initiate manual wires for all the entities (Internal and External).
• Support and data consolidation for Global Cash Forecasting
• International Bank account Management
• To work with banks on day-to-day operational challenges for all EU entities.
• Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credits for EU.
• Responsible for the Netting process for Europe.
• Support monthly and Quarterly book closures for Europe.
• Defines reporting requirements, builds, maintains, and analyzes.
• Direct and indirect responsibilities may include special corporate treasury project work and acting as sole backup for another Corporate Treasury Analyst.
• Work closely with the onshore cash management team.
• Europe cash Reconciliation.
