We are seeking a detail-oriented Testing Engineer to join our smartwatch team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both hardware and software components, with a keen focus on user experience. This role involves a combination of hands-on testing, community management, and data analysis to deliver a top-quality product.

• User Testing: Conduct thorough user testing to identify usability issues, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets user expectations.
• Community Management: Build and manage a strong smartwatch community to gather user insights, conduct community testing, and foster brand loyalty.
• Test Report Generation: Prepare detailed test reports, including bug reports, user feedback summaries, and product improvement recommendations.
• Product Analysis: Analyze product reviews and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the development team to ensure product quality, identify and resolve defects, and drive product enhancements.
• App and Hardware Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of smartwatch apps and hardware components to effectively test product functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field – 2024 Graduates only
• In-office role (Bengaluru HQ – HSR layout)
• Strong understanding of software & Hardware testing methodologies
• Experience in user testing and community management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for technology and wearable devices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in the smartwatch or mobile app industry.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
