Job Description For Regal Rexnord Careers 2024

In this role, a human resources trainee will learn and gain practical experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR policies and procedures, HR projects, employee engagement, employee relations, and HR administration. The trainee period will be for one year.

  • Responsible for attracting candidates through social media and professional networks and increasing employer brand.
  • Responsible for sourcing & screening the resumes, coordinating the selection process, gathering and & uploading the feedback, and maintaining the applicant data base.
  • Responsible for collecting candidates’ details required for offer preparation & background verification. Provide post-offer assistance to the Primary recruiter, create candidate engagement, and candidate joining on the offered date.
  • Responsible for sourcing various channels to create a pool of diverse candidates for each position.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Responsible for driving execution of the employee engagement activities. 
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Responsible for maintaining online & offline employee & HR data updated.
  • Review existing policies, and processes and conduct a market search on the latest HR practices, benchmark current policies/ processes, and provide proposals for improvements.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Looking for Freshers, with master’s/post-graduation degrees/diplomas in Human Resources. Have scored 60% & above throughout the academics.
  • Certification/ diploma in automation, or data analytics is preferred.
  • Excellent data management skills.
  • Have demonstrated creative thinking & innovation
  • Proficient in MS Office and other Microsoft applications. Experience in automation tools such as Power BI is preferred.
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Should have excellent knowledge of HR concepts/theories and practical implementation. Should have a fair understanding of HR policies and procedures in companies.
